In the Garden, in the Garden,
in the Garden of love,
flowers are blooming,
sweet doves are cooing,
every day of the year.

Fluttering butterflies, buzzing bees,
seeking nectar from the flowers and
shade from their leaves.

Sassy squirrels, teasing each other
running up and down the trees,
playing games of try to catch me,
if you can.

Early mornings in my summer garden, the squirrels are out playing games of chase
The bees and butterflies are seeking nectar from the Hollyhock, Zinnia's, Rudbeckia, and intoxicating fragrant Oriental Lilies.
These flowers thrive in the hot summer sun and  bloom profusely all summer.
